Our Corporate Event photography includes:
• Complete event coverage
• Basic processing and digital download of high-resolution JPEG files
• Password-protected online viewing & pin-protected electronic downloading
Optionally:
• Onsite Editing to create a selection of images for your daily deadline use - for social media and press releases
• Trade Show booth photo service. We'll arrange to schedule headshots, group photos, candids of your booth
• On-site portrait studio with backdrop for attendee business headshots
( We always arrive early, dress appropriately and are courteous to all guests and contacts)

2025 - Event Photography Rates:
$300 for one hour or less
$275 per hour up to 3 hours
$250 per hour 4-10 hours*
Multiple-Day Rate - (Minimum 12 hours) - $225 per hour
*(Rates Include: Online Viewing, basic color and exposure-correction, password-protected online viewing, electronic delivery of high-resolution images).
Optional Event Additions
Second Photographer - $250 per hour
Studio Lighting Set-up $150
